Pleated, sculpted, colored silks. In a rigorous and methodical quest, the intrinsic properties of different silk fabrics are used to create varied collections. The techniques practiced in the Sophie Guyot’s workshop are explored to produce accessories ranging from the simplest to the most complex in decoration: plain, piece dyeing, reserved pattern dyeing, flat frame printing, pleating .

Sophie Guyot works with fabric in pure white or natural silk. All the transformation work, corresponding to her core skills, is carried out in her workshop on the slopes of the Croix-Rousse in Lyon.
